- Where do you ship from?
We are located in Hongkong.
- How much is shipping?
All items are FREE SHIPPING worldwide using Hongkong Standard Airmail Postal, tracking number provided.
- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 10-21 business days. If you ordered during holidays season, it may take longer to arrive. Additional 7-12 days may require.
- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
- What is your refund policy?
All of our products are carefully inspected for quality to ensure that we give our customers only the very best. We provide 100% satisfaction refunds on all retail ítems (this offer is not applicable on free+shipping products)

All Orders are final unless damaged or defective. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for your damage product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank because sometimes there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
